This is an exciting and highly visible opportunity to further develop and shape the future of the executive compensation function for a 10,000+ person organization. Qualified candidates must have both broad-based and executive compensation design/administration experience within a large, high-growth organization.
- Bachelors degree or higher in a related field.
- 3+ years of progressive total compensation experience, to include minimally 2+ years of executive compensation experience
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Experience working within a large publicly traded company
