Qualified candidates must have both broad-based and executive compensation design/administration experience within a large, high-growth organization.

Additional requirements:

• Bachelors degree or higher in a related field.
• 3+ years of progressive total compensation experience, to include minimally 2+ years of executive compensation experience
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Experience working within a large publicly traded company
