Executive Assistant
Provides administrative support, including calendar and expense management, to CEO and COO, with general support for executive leadership team.
Reviews and prioritizes key tasks for CEO and COO, focusing on time sensitive matters and deadlines.
Collects, prepares, and maintains highly confidential and critical information to be used for projects or in daily tasks by executive leadership and key stakeholders.
Manages travel for executive leadership, including but not limited to planning often complex schedules, accommodations, agendas, events, dinners, and manages travel expenses.
Creates or directs creation of reports, charts, budgets and other presentation materials for the CEO, COO and/or executive team.
Coordinates board and executive meetings as well as assists in logistical aspects of the meetings.
Approaches challenges and resolve issues in a timely manner using creative problem-solving skills.
Provides additional support to departments as needed.
Office Coordination
Serves as main point of contact for all Corporate Office matters including security, requests, events, etc.
Proactively identifies needs of the corporate office and Executive Leadership Team
Partners with key stakeholders to support office and remote associate events including managing UberEATS business account, processing office mail/packages, etc.
Manages third party cleaning and maintenance schedules.
Acts as SME on departments and areas of expertise for corporate office and visitors.
Provides proactive communication for office and Granite Park happenings, etc.
Processes invoices related to office management and works with management in monitoring budget for office-related items.
Restocks office supply closets, and ensures supply closets, cabinets, and drawers clean and organized.
Places office supply orders on a regular basis (water, sodas, kitchen supplies) after taking inventory.
In partnership with Marketing, maintains Corporate Directory.
