The role provides official support to the Vice President of Human Resources and Business Unit President and undertakes administration functions to ensure the operational office management responsibilities are carried out effectively and efficiently.
- Preparing reports, financial statements, invoices, and ad hoc reporting
- Supervising office staff to ensure maximum productivity
- Presentation preparation using MS Office Suite
- Coordinating calendars including travel and meetings
- Management of 1 direct report, Office Receptionist
