Rapidly Growing Healthcare Company Hiring an Experienced Administrative / Executive Assistant (Long Island) Hours are 9:00 – 6:00 pm, Monday to Friday. Will support CEO and COO of a rapidly- growing, dynamic healthcare company based on Long Island.  

  • Extensive calendar management 
  • Includes: checking for availability, sending meeting invitations, obtaining rooms, setting up bridge lines, catering orders, confirmation of attendance, sending reminders, etc.
  • Ability to manage multiple time-sensitive projects simultaneously
  • Experience taking Meeting minutes
  • PowerPoint – experience creating presentations
  • Independently follow-up on special projects (self-starter mentality)
  • Assist with fedex deliveries
  • Screen and respond to phone calls with professionalism and discretion
  • Prepare and file internal or outgoing documents with attention to detail
