Rapidly Growing Healthcare Company Hiring an Experienced Administrative / Executive Assistant (Long Island)
Hours are 9:00 – 6:00 pm, Monday to Friday.
Will support CEO and COO of a rapidly- growing, dynamic healthcare company based on Long Island.
- Extensive calendar management
- Includes: checking for availability, sending meeting invitations, obtaining rooms, setting up bridge lines, catering orders, confirmation of attendance, sending reminders, etc.
- Ability to manage multiple time-sensitive projects simultaneously
- Experience taking Meeting minutes
- PowerPoint – experience creating presentations
- Independently follow-up on special projects (self-starter mentality)
- Assist with fedex deliveries
- Screen and respond to phone calls with professionalism and discretion
- Prepare and file internal or outgoing documents with attention to detail
