The Associate can sit in Georgia (Atlanta), Illinois (Chicago), New York (NYC), Ohio (Cleveland, Cinci, Columbus or Dayton) or Washington DC. Ideal candidates will have 2+ years of experience and the position will involve representing the firm's clients on a variety of employee benefits and executive compensation issues, including plan design, implementation and maintenance, health and welfare benefit programs, incentive and severance pay plans, ERISA fiduciary matters and benefits aspects of M&A transactions.
