We are working with a boutique firm in Charlotte, North Carolina which is seeking an associate to join its Employee Benefits group. While direct employee benefits or ERISA experience is NOT required, they are willing to train the right person with a demonstrated interest in employee benefits law.

- JD and excellent academic credentials
- Licensed to practice law, preferably in NC
- 1+ years of experience in a law firm
- Experience OR demonstrated interest in employee benefits/ERISA law
