Drop Ship Account Manager
The Drop Ship Account Manageris responsible for overall sales volume, as well as account management and customer satisfaction for Drop Ship accounts.
DUTIES & ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
•Customer Relationship Management. Develop active relationshipswith Drop Ship Account Buyers & Account Representatives(via phone and video conference); maintain regular communication with all buyers regarding new available products, pending orders, account management and general questions.
Accounts may include, but are not limited to: BestBuy SDF, Wal-Mart, Purchasing Power, Bluestem, Newegg, TigerDirect, QVC, Target, Shop HQ,HSN, Staples, Sears, Kmart, and Office Depot.•Product Promotions.
Work with Buyer to develop and communicate daily and weekly promotions
•Account oversight. Manage administration of Drop Ship Accounts, to include oversight of account creation, accuracy of inventory/product information, pricing updates, timeliness of orders, and problem resolution.
•Drop Ship Inventory. Review and update/adjust offsite SKUs weekly.
•Perform Account Review, assist in projections for yearly sales, and drive sales with each account to attain established targets.

•Internal Contacts: Drop Ship Team, Purchasing Team, Order Management
•External Contacts: Drop Ship Buyers, Account Reps/Assistant Buyers
•Minimum five years experience in sales required.
•Prior experience in B2B sales with an e-commercebased organization preferred.
•Bachelor’s degree in Business preferred.
