Lucas Group has partnered with a global company on their search for a Diversity and Inclusion Recruiter.  This position is remote based with travel allowing for this person to be based anywhere in the United States.  This individual with creative problem solving skills will play a critical role in developing and implementing strategies by thinking out of the box to attract talent for Diversity and Inclusion into the organization. The Diversity and Inclusion recruiter will partner closely with internal teams and key leaders to identify hiring needs as well as career pathing diverse talent.  This person will also be identifying and attending job fairs, networking events and more.  The ideal candidate will have specifically done Diversity and Inclusion  recruitment within a corporate talent acquisition capacity. 

Role Overview:

  • Partner with key business leaders on diversity and inclusion related strategies and initiatives

  • Develop and implement sourcing strategies unique to each supported disciple in order to develop long term candidate pipelines

  • Source passive and active candidates through a variety of methods including networking, cold calls, referrals, social media, etc.

  • Coordinate and facilitate all logistics associated with hosting university events, industry organizations, events and forums

  • Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations

  • Maintain tracking databases to ensure accuracy and integrity of data

  • Utilize and share  industry trends, market intelligence, and innovative recruiting techniques

  • Administer the Behavior Based Assessment

  •  Leverage excellent interpersonal skills to build relationships and positive rapport on all levels, especially when needed for conflict resolution


  • 4+ years recruitment experience

  • 3+ of experience with diversity and inclusion hiring programs.

  • Degree not required but preferred

  • Experience with recruiting systems and all aspects of data analysis

  • Strong project management skills and process improvement.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft desktop applications

  • Ability to travel (25%) as needed. 

  • Independent thinker and worker that can apply creative problem solving to manage situations autonomously
