What You Will Do:
This is a Training and Developmental position to become a District Manager, responsible for developing and maintaining a profitable volume of Sales within the assigned trade territory. District Manager (DM) will establish and develop a Company organization, proficient in the sale and administration of products and services.
You will take 12-18 MONTHS to learn the business, including rotational training in EVERY DEPARTMENT and ALL DIVISIONS of the company: Operations, Logistics, Engineering, Estimating, Shop Floor, Product Management.
After training, DM will manage Contractors and work with Clients, and be responsible for business sustainment and growth within their specified territory.
Education and Work Requirements:
- Commitment to pursue a career path as a District Manager
- Ability to take on this role and be completely independent while managing an entire territory
- Technical background is highly preferred, but not necessary
Compensation (1st Year of Training): $60K Base + Bonus (estimating 10-15% this year)
Compensation (as a DSM): $100K+ (DSMs can bring in about $3-6 million in business a year.)
