Lucas Group has partnered with a client in the DC area in a search for a Director of Talent Acquisition, with a focus on running their Diversity & Inclusion initiatives as well. This person will lead a team of recruiters in designing and implementing innovative strategies to attract top talent, and focus on fostering a culture of belonging for all employees.
B.A. required; Masters or SHRM certification preferred
10+ years of progressive talent acquisition experience required - some global experience strongly preferred
3+ years of experience managing, coaching, and developing a team
Must have 3 or more years of DEI expertise - creating diverse, inclusive, and equitable workplace cultures
Experience partnering with marketing and communications on employer branding
