Lucas Group has partnered with a forty-year-old world leader in the Wireless Communications Device industry who is looking to bring a Director of Sales & Marketing on their team. Our client's core business areas encompass mobile-network related devices and components such as base-station antennas, filters, mobile antennas, RF connectors and radio’s for telecom and other markets. The company is also looking to now build their mobile communications business into the automotive and defense segments.
The person in this role will be responsible for personal sales, developing overall strategic sales plans for high performance sales teams, managing and motivating sales reps to achieve company goals. Business and market development, customer management, management of market research, strategic direction for promotion and advertising, sales growth and customer satisfaction.
