Lucas Group is partnering with a Los Angeles based Fashion House who is in the midst of launching two extremely exciting brands to the North America Market. Both Brands offer each gender. One Brand is a very edgy, fusion of “Activewear meets Streetwear” targeted to the Millennial /Gen Z Demographic. The second brand is a Very Elevated Men’s and Women’s brand for the most discerning Luxury Consumer.
The company has a very well-established textile business in Guangzhou, China. It has in the last year aggressively launched RTW Collections that have a strong presence throughout Asia. The revenue being generated by these new Brands is exceeding expectations. The company has crafted a Design Team comprised of industry elites. This team is creating innovative, relevant apparel and accessories that are now ready for distribution in North America.
We are looking for a highly motivated National Sales Manager who has established accounts and has strong relationship with buyers in women's/men’s clothing to join our team and grow with us!
- Solicit orders from new perspective customers to increase sales
- Identify and secure new business opportunities to help company growth
- Prepare collection for appointments, make comprehensive notes for modifications and ship samples in a timely manner
- Maintain consistent dialogue with cross-functional teams in design and production to ensure customer samples and orders are being properly managed.
- Track, ship and follow up with buyer about merchandise
- Must have proactive, highly detail-oriented, have a sense of urgency, and possess the ability to meet high deadlines
- Develop efficient marketing and advertising strategies to increase sales
- Possible travel to trade shows.

- Must have at least 3-5 years CLOTHING sales experience and holds existing accounts.
- Must be highly organized, possess exceptional communication skills and be able to multi-task efficiently
- An effective and expedient problem-solver with a keen attention to detail
- Strong understanding of the wholesale/retail industry and customer service
