Role Overview: Our client is looking for a standalone HR Manager to oversee multiple sites. The position will sit in the Inland Empire area and will report to the CFO. The company is established and has a great reputation. They are a fun, passionate, intelligent group and looking for an HR Manager that has the ability to effectively communicate and provide guidance at all levels of the organization.
This position will be responsible for all HR related functions including:
Recruitment, Employee Relations, LOA, Workman’s Compensation, Benefits, Oversee ADP payroll activity, Training/Development, Coordination with senior leadership, EXCEL savvy, and a strong sense of being proactive via HR in a standalone environment!
Looking for someone to lead the HR function in a proactive and compliant way. The environment is fast based plant with a diverse environment.
What You Need to Be Successful
You must be a true Generalist with at least 5 years of experience in a plant environment, touching all disciplines of Human Resources in order to succeed. We will look at the HR Manager for guidance. A standalone HR experience is also desired. This position requires being able to build trust quickly, have an open mind, and know when to be flexible in an environment with changing priorities. A bachelor’s degree and strong computer literacy are required. HR Certifications (PHR, SPHR, etc.) and being bilingual in Spanish are highly desirable. Union experience is also preferred.
