Our client in West Houston seeks a Director of FP&A for their established and growing business. This position leads the preparation of a number of key deliverables and analysis related to the monthly business reviews, including monthly forecasting process, and annual business plan, requiring close coordination with the division’s business leaders and finance teams. This position also drives and supports other ad hoc analyses and projects.
FP&A Director Main Responsibilities
- Perform and drive monthly reporting, analytical processes, and presentation support
- Lead the annual planning and budgeting processes
- Lead the strategic planning processes
- Provide executive decision support
- Supervise reporting, forecasting, planning, and analysis
- Conduct and manage other ad hoc requests from senior leadership
FP&A Director Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting; MBA preferred
- Management and/or Supervisory experience
- Experience performing financial modeling
- 10-16 years’ experience in FP&A or related role
