Lucas Group is actively interviewing for a Director of Finance-Integrations for a consulting assignment with our client. Client is seeking someone who will work with the accounting, finance, and shared services team to document a flow chart and put in solid processes. This is a 6–12-month remote assignment.


  • Develop a 3–6-month plan and a 1-2 year plan for the team
  • Determine what needs to be automated, streamlined for the team ad what can be done to increase efficiencies
  • Put together scalable finance processes for the team


  • Senior Manager/Manager level experience
  • Saleforce CRM is a must
  • Doing system implementations
  • SAS industry preferred.
