Director of Business Development- Dallas/Ft Worth

As the Director of Business Development, you will have the opportunity to help start a new division and lead the overall strategy to grow sales across multiple channel. You will be responsible for prospecting new clients daily and continually fostering relationships with existing clients. There will be an emphasis on developing relationships with luxury home builders and their clientele to provide custom features in their homes. The goal will be to offer room/kitchen design and products or act as a dealer to supply the products needed for their projects. You will also develop relationships on the commercial side and with architectural firms to satisfy personal consumer models rather than traditional mass retail. This is a terrific opportunity for the person who wants to build a new division with a 25+year established organization.
- BA/BS in Business Management preferred
- 5+ years of experience in a luxury consumer electronics or sales to high end home builders/architects
- 3+ years in a management/leadership role developing strategy
- Strong computer skills with Microsoft products and CRMs
- Good understanding of Luxury Market Clientele
- proven track record of sales success
