Title: Director, Global Sales Compensation

Location: Remote in the Eastern or Central time zone

Role Overview:

Lucas Group has partnered with a leading global company on their search for a Director of Sales Compensation. This Director will serve as the sales compensation subject matter expert, leading a team responsible for creating, implementing and monitoring sales compensation plans for the organizations across North America, EMEA, and APAC. This strategic thinking individual will partner closely with the  Head of Sales, and other key leaders on all compensation-related issues as well as market analytics. This role requires an individual who is able to be strategic but also able to "roll up their sleeves" and handle tactical aspects as well. Additional responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

· Serve as expert and provide advice and support on all compensation matters for non-exempt and exempt employees and Sales divisions.

· Collaborate with Senior leaders on all compensation deliverables, strategies and initiatives

· Provides consultation and expertise in the area of sales compensation,

· Monitor trends and ensure both design and pay level opportunities allow attraction and retention of top talent

· Assist in the design and roll out of sales compensation plans, including plan documents and training materials, in partnership with business operations and legal

· Prepare analysis and reports on various compensation initiatives

· Maintain and ensure compliance with all Federal, State and local laws and regulations

· Additional projects as necessary


· Bachelor's degree

· 5+ years of sales compensation experience

· Design and roll out of broad-based compensation plans

· Global experience is required
