Digital Marketing Director

Our client is in the medical device industry and looking to add a head of digital marketing to their dynamic, rapidly expanding business in both the professional and consumer markets. Responsibilities: You will develop and oversee the entire digital strategy and execution

  • Manage end-to-end digital campaigns and demand generation activities, including:
    • Search engine optimization
    • Paid search
    • Display advertising
    • Retargeting
    • Social media marketing, including overseeing social media accounts
    • Content marketing
    • Online public relations (media, influencers, blogger relations, etc.)
  • Implement Marketing Automation system, strategy and best practices
  • Guide the web design team to build and optimize website
  • Measure KPIs and foster a culture of testing to continually optimize ROI
  • Manage a team of direct reports to ensure timely project execution and growth of team members
  • Develop and manage relationships with external vendors to augment internal capabilities
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest digital marketing best practices
  • Be a disciple to help instill digital best practices to the marketing team
  • Partner with traditional advertising and media specialists to optimize overall campaigns


  • 8+ years of direct experience in digital marketing in a business environment
  • At least 3 years of experience leading a digital marketing team
  • Proven track record leveraging digital best practices to deliver exceptional business results
  • Experience with wide range of digital channels in B2B, B2B2C and B2C marketing
  • Highly skilled in digital advertising platforms (e.g. Facebook, Google) and SEM/SEO
  • Digitally savvy on social media best practices
  • Hands on experience with marketing automation and e-mail marketing
  • Creative problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment
  • Must have a progressive work history with increasing responsibilities and experience.
  • Experience in a healthcare setting
  • Experience in regulated environments as well as knowledge of the consumer industry.
