Our client is in the medical device industry and looking to add a head of digital marketing to their dynamic, rapidly expanding business in both the professional and consumer markets.
You will develop and oversee the entire digital strategy and execution
Manage end-to-end digital campaigns and demand generation activities, including:
Search engine optimization
Social media marketing, including overseeing social media accounts
Online public relations (media, influencers, blogger relations, etc.)
Implement Marketing Automation system, strategy and best practices
Guide the web design team to build and optimize website
Measure KPIs and foster a culture of testing to continually optimize ROI
Manage a team of direct reports to ensure timely project execution and growth of team members
Develop and manage relationships with external vendors to augment internal capabilities
Stay up-to-date on the latest digital marketing best practices
Be a disciple to help instill digital best practices to the marketing team
Partner with traditional advertising and media specialists to optimize overall campaigns
8+ years of direct experience in digital marketing in a business environment
At least 3 years of experience leading a digital marketing team
Proven track record leveraging digital best practices to deliver exceptional business results
Experience with wide range of digital channels in B2B, B2B2C and B2C marketing
Highly skilled in digital advertising platforms (e.g. Facebook, Google) and SEM/SEO
Digitally savvy on social media best practices
Hands on experience with marketing automation and e-mail marketing
Creative problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment
Must have a progressive work history with increasing responsibilities and experience.
Experience in a healthcare setting
Experience in regulated environments as well as knowledge of the consumer industry.
