Responsibilities Include
- Private and public company financings and mergers
- Coordinating closings and preparing related documents
- Preparing legal opinions and assembling opinion back-up
- Prepare corporate and securities filings
- Organize corporate records for both private and public companies
Required Experience
- 3+ years of corporate/securities experience in a law firm.
- BA/BS degree; paralegal certificate is a plus
- Familiarity with Carta, eShares, or similar Web based equity tracking system is a plus.
- Must have excellent oral and written communication skills and be detail-oriented
- Overtime will be required, occasionally on short notice.
