Lucas Group has partnered with a leading LA based law firm on their search for a corporate associate attorney. This attorney will work with start up and emerging growth companies on financing and M&A transactions. This firm is an excellent alternative to big law and offers associates high end work, competitive compensation and a better work/ life balance.

Scope of Responsibilities:

Support early stage companies in venture capital and M&A transactions;
Draft deal documents, incorporate documents etc.

Skills Needed:

5+ years of experience as a corporate or finance attorney;
Big law or equivalent training preferred;

Educational & Work Requirements:

Degree: JD
Work Experience: 5 years of corporate law experience
