Lucas Group has partnered with a client in the Sandusky, OH area on their search for a Contract Recruiter. This is a full cycle recruitment opportunity providing the opportunity for this person to further shape best practices and the talent acquisition brand for this organization.  It will have high level visibility and partner directly with the executive leadership team.  The contract is estimated to run approximately 6+ months.

Scope of Responsibilities:

• Full cycle recruitment for positions ranging from hourly level associates to corporate professionals and more
• Manage ATS and job postings
• Proactive sourcing including identifying niche talent pools for hard to fill positions

Skills Needed:

• 4 or more years of recruitment experience
• Ability to work onsite at this client up to 5 days a week
• Knowledge of different ATS systems
• Availability to start within the next 1-2 weeks

Educational & Work Requirements:

• Degree: Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
• Work Experience: 4+ years of talent acquisition experience
