Title: Contract Recruiter

Lucas Group is partnering with a Mortgage industry client based on the east coast in their search for a Recruiter on 3 month contract, with the potential to be a temp to hire opportunity. This is an urgent need in one of that hottest industries and they are looking to get someone started in the position as early as next week.

Responsibilities

• Own the Talent Acquisition for all assigned job requisition to include functional or behavioral assessments, updating the Applicant Tracking System and other systems as might be required, and completing the offer negotiations
• Develop and manage a candidate pipeline, ensuring candidates progress in a timely manner to meet aggressive hiring goals
• Source candidates from past applicants in the ATS, referral network, and active recruiting through social media
• Schedule interviews for hiring managers; collect and deliver feedback to candidate following each interview
• Collaborate with hiring managers on fit and feedback in a high volume recruiting environment
• Expectation to hire 5-10 hourly employees per week

Qualifications

• 3+ years corporate recruiting experience
• MUST have experience recruiting in the mortgage industry
• Ability to work independently to successfully meet high volume recruiting goals
