Lucas Group has exclusively partnered with a manufacturing organization in their search for a contract HR Generalist with the opportunity to potentially convert to a permanent position. This is an exciting, hands-on opportunity to support the site employee relations, FMLA, onboarding, etc. with a collaborative team, reporting to the site HR Manager. The ideal candidate has at least three years of broad-based HR experience supporting a field-based manufacturing, distribution, or other industrial environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related.
• 3+ years of well-rounded generalist HR experience particularly within employee relations, FMLA, attendance, onboarding, etc.
• Previous experience in manufacturing, distribution, or an industrial type of environment with hands-on E/R exposure with hourly employees.
• Willingness to work different hours occasionally to be visible with the different shifts.
