Description – Reporting into the North America sales organization, this highly motivated individual will leverage their strong existing relationships with key decision makers.  SEEKING INDIVIDUALS WHO HAVE CONTACTS WITHIN THE LOCAL AND STATE MUNICIPALITIES, CONSTRUCTION AND ENGINEERING FIRMS. 


Your focus will be to identify opportunities and grow sales revenues. You will be selling road, tunnel, bridge construction projects that will be performed by highly proprietary Robotic Equipment that can work without human interaction and construction workers on site.  The equipment is monitored by 2-3 people.


The successful candidate will be accountable for recommending the business development and sales strategies working hand-in-hand with the President / CEO as well as corporate teams, external field teams and the customer to develop and execute on time and on - target project delivery. 


This is a high visibility role for the company so please be familiar working with significant Executive Management within local and State Municipalities, Construction, Engineering. 


This role provides an opportunity to leverage your existing relationships and began to build new long term strategic relationships so as to have the ability to influence and bid on future projects to drive sales revenue growth for months and years to come.


Desired Skills/Experience

  • Degree in Engineering and/or technical is required
  • Strong 'hunting' skills with solid communication skills
  • Advanced technical or business degree preferred
  • 5+ years sales and business development experience with construction
  • Strong track record of relationships and success selling to, or working with Municipalities, Engineering firms, Construction
