Job Description

The Company, operating out of Los Angeles, CA, has acquired properties across the US and is seeking a Construction Manager to oversee the development of large Apartment assets in the Raleigh, North Carolina region.

The Job Requirements

• On-site management of laborers, construction workers, contractors, etc. 
• Full cycle estimating to bidding to purchasing
• Procurement of permits and government approvals
• Project cost-tracking
• Manage CapEx spending & allocation
• 5-10 years of experience overall, with strong consideration given only to candidates with 4 or more years of Multi-Family property experience
• Relevant Bachelors Degree (i.e., Civil Engineering)
