Lucas Group has partnered with a leading technology company in San Diego on their search for a Compensation Manager. This person will report into the Director of Total Rewards and will have a team of 2-3 Compensation Analysts reporting to them. Will be responsible for the design and administration of compensation. Must be able to influence others and provide advice to senior management and pricing, including market survey and data analysis. Will be responsible for planning, budgeting and scheduling.
- Bachelors Degree, Masters preferred
- 5 years in a management role in Compensation
- 10+ Years HR/Compensation
- Have worked in a compensation role in an organization with more than 10,000 employees
- Sales Compensation
