Lucas Group is actively interviewing for a Compensation Analyst with our retail client located in West Houston. Client is seeking someone who will manage, document and execute approved guarantees, commission ramp-up plans, pay exceptions and other pay components. This is a 6-month contract to hire position.
- Support ongoing monthly commission/incentive calculations for the company
- Deliver timely and accurate sales incentive calculations and reporting to payroll administrator each pay period
- Perform analysis regarding compensation and sales representative productions
- Research and resolve questions, discrepancies, and other ad hoc requests from the sales organization and sales leadership as needed.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environments with multiple priorities.
- Degree in business, HR, Finance, or related field
- 3-5 years’ experience using Radford Methodology for compensation structure and job evaluation
- Salesforce experience preferred
- Workday experience preferred
