Contract / Lease Administrator - Northern Virginia - Contract or Contract to Perm Successful and growing company seeks an experienced Commercial Lease Administrator for their Northern Virginia office. This role will support the Controller with the administration of customer contracts for their data center locations across the country. Proven ability to correctly understand and interpret contract clauses required. Knowledge of basic accounting and clauses concerning Renewals, Expansion, and Right of First Refusal highly preferred.
