Role Overview: Lucas Group has partnered with a client within the hospitality industry on their search for a Benefits Manager located in the Greater Grand Rapids, MI area. This individual will assist in the development of benefits strategies, plans, and programs in addition to overseeing the day-to-day operations of benefits programs in the company. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate, motivated individual in an expanding organization. They will also directly manage a team of 2 direct reports
- 4-year degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent work-related experience
- 5+ years of benefits administration experience
- CEBs certification preferred but not required
