Our client is seeking a Benefits Coordinator to perform various benefits related tasks. Preference will be given to candidates who have experience using Workday.  

Responsibilities

  • Data Entry in multiple systems/applications 
  • Processing invoices/wires/bills 
  • Maintaining logs and mailboxes 
  • Managing return mail 
  • Drafting letters & other communications 
  • Running reports 
  • Researching account history 
  • Prepare individual weekly status report 
  • Perform other process and/or procedure related tasks 
  • Attend meetings 
  • Other duties as required 

Requirements

  • 5 or more years of Benefits and HR experience 
  • Thorough understanding of Workday and other systems. 
  • Knowledge of HR processes is highly desirable 
  • Microsoft tools: Word, Excel, and Outlook 
  • Ability to multitask effectively 
  • Strong organizational skills, including attention to detail 
  • Strong oral and written communication skills and the ability to communicate complex and/or detailed information clearly 

Experience

  • 5 or more years of HR experience is highly desired 
  • Benefits administration knowledge of at least 2 years is vital for the candidate to be considered for the role 

Education

  • High school or equivalent
