Role Overview: Joining a great HR team, you will be responsible for benefits administration for this manufacturing based client. The benefits administrator position is responsible for the administration and planning of the day-to-day operations of group benefits programs (group health, dental, vision, short-term and long-term disability, life insurance, and accident plan, flexible spending plan, etc.) and employee wellness events. This position provides excellent customer service and continually evaluates new benefits programs, improves existing programs, and supervises and monitors benefits administration working closely with the benefit broker and under the direction of the Sr. Manager of Human Resources.
