The System Administrator / Support Specialist will work under the Director of Customer Success which is internally focused on the recruiting organization adoption and success with the Applicant Tracking System and integrated technologies.  Primary responsibilities will be system administration and end-user support of Bullhorn, the company ATS and integrations with website, job boards and back office software.  The successful person in this role will become recognized as a Subject Matter Expert in these technologies.


System administration functions of key technologies: primarily Bullhorn and integrated tools and back office components.  Additional responsibilities will include, but not limited to support of Microsoft Office 365 and SharePoint.

Support onboarding, user adoption and technology training initiatives with Bullhorn and Microsoft Office 365, including resolution of end-user support issues as required.  Provide a high degree of customer satisfaction, technical expertise, accuracy, and timeliness in a Windows 10 environment.

Contribute to a knowledge base of "how to" documentation and learning materials.

Manage effective relationships with sales and recruiting mangers and become recognized as a Bullhorn SME.

Work cross-functionally with other corporate teams (Human Resources, Marketing and Accounting) to identify and implement business solutions.

Regularly evaluate and audit operational analytics, processes and systems to recommend and contribute to process improvement.  Report and escalate to management observations and trends that affect end-user success and sales productivity.


College degree preferred, but experience can be used in lieu of degree.

A background in sales operations, marketing or software support is required.  Experience in the staffing or executive search industry highly preferred.

Excellent communication, presentation and training facilitation skills is required.

System administration experience with Applicant Tracking Software (ATS) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) is preferred.

Strong experience with Microsoft Windows, Office 365, especially Excel for data analysis. Experience with Microsoft SQL Studio, SSRS, Power BI or other reporting tools is a plus.
