Lucas Group has partnered with our Oil and Gas client on their search for an Accounting Analyst. This contract role is located in the West Houston area and is slated to last for 6 months. This position is In Office.
Responsibilities:
- Complete monthly closing activities, including booking accruals and actuals
- Coordinate billing and payments for monthly settlements
- Reconcile and resolve inventory differences
- Work with external parties to resolve price or volume discrepancies
- Support with processes improvement company initiatives
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance
- 5+ years of experience in accounting
- SAP experience is required, preferably SAP S4 HANA
- Oil and Gas industry experience highly preferred
