Lucas Group has partnered with our client on their search for an Account Executive to hunt and close new name opportunities while helping the company create a sales culture to expand the hiring of more sales people. You will develop opportunities for business growth and have extensive experience selling HR outsourcing services.
Scope of Responsibilities:
- Exceed monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Consistently utilize our CRM system to capture leads, automate lead scoring
- Establish relationships with HR Executives, C-Level and procurement to close new business
- Grow a consistent sales pipeline by identifying key accounts.
- Create sales proposals, negotiate pricing and terms of service.
Skills Needed:
- Consistent and verifiable track record of achieving/exceeding sales quota
- 5 years sales experience in an HR industry position
- Team player
Educational & Work Requirements:
